I have probably called them 6 times already and about 10 days ago they send the request to marketing. I did the initial 10k + 15K bonus for spending $15K in 6 months. Now I called they asked if I have a promo code...(early january approval)
Very upsetting specially since I can't find a code for that date.
I do not believe we see the promo codes. We click a link, their system applies the promo code to our application. This is an ongoing promotion, so you should go back to your email and provide the link you clicked to apply or use one of the links from frequentflyerbonuses.com/starwood to argue your point. You will get the points, but you need to keep the pressure high on them.

I will try again in a few minutes. I did the $15k spending about a month in advance. That's what I kept telling the representative that the 25k points offer has been available all year.

Send a Secure Message to Amex after logging into your account. Send it to Social Media and tell them the situation. Thats how I got mine when they did not post automatically last Dec.

I got my points. Thanks for mentioning the secure message. I was also told they won't honor whichever promotions comes in the future.
