Florida - MIA airport to Palm Beach transfers

Does anyone have any suggestions for a good private shuttle company based out of MIA? We're 2 adults travelling with 2 infants, arriving mid-afternoon on an international flight, and so don't want to go down the shared transfer route in case there is any considerable waiting time (shuttle doesn't show up on time, numerous drop-offs along the way etc etc).
