Iberia Airlines Iberia Plus - Ask for new IB plus membership card

I just found that IB extended my elite status to 2013. I changed my address recently. I sent email to them asking for a new card to be sent. The email I use is platino@iberia.es. I sent the request on Sep 15 but did not hear back now.

Is it OK for me to just send email asking for this? How long does it take IB to send the card out?

Do you know if they ship the cards outside of Spain? Would it take less if the card was sent to a Spanish address?
