Other Middle East and Africa Frequent Flyer Programs - SAA new (resuming) routes to KGL and BJM

I heard that SAA is opening up new (or resuming after 5 years) routes to Kigali and Bujumbura. As a current resident who uses KGL regularly, I am quite excited to have another *A choice.

Several articles reported that these new routes to start from October 31st. However, with only a month to go, I can not locate these flights in flight tracker and other on-line scheduling tools (including SAA site).

I was wondering if any one has the latest news about these routes and when (if) will the SAA starts these flights.

The Kigali return flights leaves at 6am and stops in Bujumbura...ground time is minimal. Is there a meal service in business on that short hop to Bujumbura? or just a hot breakfast from Bujumbura to JNB? Can pax deplane even for just a minute or so to stretch legs at the intermediate point?
