I need to make a choice what to do with my 150k Amex pts
Options are either
Starwood for 62.5k pts
Delta for 225k + Silver Status till Feb 2013
What do you guys suggest?
Centurion

I would not go to Starwood because I would hit myself for not getting and using a spg card and getting 1pt for every $1.
SO GET THE DARN SPG CARD NOW. You have no excuse for not using a SPG card. I know many Centurion card holders who through the black card in a drawer and use SPG>
So I would go for Delta sky miles.

Looking at his signature, it seems he has both personal and biz SPG card.
Regardless, it depends what they are valued at to you. I am not sure if you have a Delta Amex card but if you did transfer (and if you don't travel delta) you could technically redeem those miles for roughly $2000.00. Personally I see it better transferring to Delta in your situation.

Kind of a no-brainer.
225k Delta points can (theoretically?) get you two business class tickets to Europe, valued at $4,000-8,000+ (for both). Or one to Europe and one to Asia -- worth even more. Or 4 long-haul coach tickets (prob $4-6k of value)
As long as you don't plan on any last-minute changes
62.5k SPG points gets you hotels worth about $1,000-1,500, as I generally find SPG redemption values at about 1.5 - 2.5 cents per point these days. Maybe a little more if you use the 5th night free.
Obviously the SPG points will be easier to use, but I think the value differential is large enough to justify the transfer to Skymiles.

Yep, SkyMiles are worth less, but not that much less.

I have recently seen 3-5 cents a point in NYC.
62k SPG is almost 80k of airline miles, but I agree that with flexibility 225k SM's are definitively worth more.
