I have a couple of friends who live near there, here's a video from a surveillance camera: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LTqgFSiSXWw. Looks like the bus driver was negligent and that the crossing gates weren't fully operational either.

Here's the video that convinces me the entire responsibility falls to TBA, it appears to show one of their employees or contractors directing traffic to ignore the broken gates for hours leading up to the accident, but at the time of the accident the employee was no longer watching the intersection: http://www.clarin.com/ciudades/capit...554344602.html.

TBA and the rest of the operators of these trains are a 'train-wreck'.... I agree with your above analysis, looks like the ambulance chasers are going to hit a grand slam with this case...

Very sad.... it was a horrible Martes 13 for Buenos Aires... :(
