AirTran Airways A+ Rewards - Why is this Airtran fare so much higher?

I'm looking at flying BOS-BWI on Saturday afternoon, Oct 1st - all the flights for the day are $54 (same fare on Jetblue), except the 5:10 pm flight which for coach is showing up for $264!

Any reason as to why this flight is so much more?

group took all the cheap tickets?
Revenue management thinks they can sell them at that price?

JetBlue has a few that are $49. But as PVDtoDEL said, perhaps all the cheap seats are gone (seat map doesn't tell how full the flight is as people may not have chosen seats).

Inevitably, the answer is that the flight is much fuller than the revenue management algorithm expects. The simple answer is that the flight has sold out at the lower fares.
