Since you pay $10 for the $20 coupon, untill Dec 13, 2011, the coupon is worth $20, after that, until Sept 13, 2016 it's only worth what you paid ($10). After Sept 13, 2016, it's worth $0.

Living social has a sick deal today for whole foods. Always good to get double your money at a grocery store.
