Hilton HHonors - Bonus Points after 3-4 stays in a quarter

Does HHonors still give bonus miles for staying 3 or 4 times in a calendar quarter? I could not find the info on the website.

With 12+ stays in Q1, I got my 4k bonus three times this quarter so far.
