Hi all,
I will be going to Hawaii for my honeymoon in November. My fiance's birthday is coming up before the wedding, and I want to get her something that she can use in Hawaii. I'm thinking maybe something like, a gift certificate to a nice Hawaiin spa, or something like that?
We will be staying on Big Island, Kauai, and Maui. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated! Thanks :)

I was in Hawaii at the beginning of my honeymoon in October of last year. I think a gift that keeps on giving and will always remind her of your time there would be a monogrammed Pareo. Pareo's can be picked pretty cheaply on the Islands and it screams of island culture. She could also use it when she's back on the mainland during the swim season.

Perhaps a day at one of the great spas? The Maui Hyatt has one where you can get couples' massages practically right on the beach. Like 50' from the water.

I was thinking the same.. a gift certificate for use at the Four Seasons Hualalai, will make for an amazing gift..
While there.. do their Saturday night Surf, Sand and Stars @ the Beach Tree.. All you can care for gourmet lobster, steak, ribs, fish, sushi, sashimi, salads, extensive dessert bar.. imo.. our finest meal ever enjoyed.. The finest service on the island.

Some have great spas with really nice packages, including couples packages, which are very popular with honeymooners. I know the Hyatt Kauai has a private garden area that is used for couples treatments and there are private showers, pools, etc.
As well, a gift certificate to Na Hoku jewelers might be good as well. They design their own collections and are geared toward Hawaii. I have a lot of their pieces and love them all. You can look on their website www.nahoku.com.

You could bring the spa experience to her...http://www.malie.com/

This is a great idea since jewelry will last a lifetime.

NaHoku is lovely! I have several pieces, and it makes me smile everytime I wear it.

FWIW - I have so many of their pieces, during our last piece my husband dragged me into the store (yes, he had to) to make sure there was nothing else I wanted :)
The staff looked at me like I had two heads when I said I had everything and didn't want to buy :)
My favorite (and first piece) the medium sized slippah on a snake chain. I wear it daily in the summer.
