Hawaii-based Airlines - Which class of booking would be eligible for earning when flying with HA?

Does anyone know the detail of the which class of booking would be eligible for earning when flying with HA toward to HAmiles?

This is a good question, but I don't think Hawaiian has ever stated which booking codes are eligible for mileage credit, or whether the booking code is even related to mileage credit at all. According to the retroactive flight credit page (http://www.hawaiianair.com/Hawaiianmiles/Retroactive-Flight-Miles/):

*Tickets purchased at discounted rates, through wholesale travel companies or website promotions may not qualify for mileage credits. Award tickets or tickets purchased using mileage do not qualify for mileage credit.

I have received credit in the past for discounted F purchased on Expedia. The exclusion language seems like it is geared towards refusing credit for consolidator fares. So my guess is they would refuse credit for some of the cheapest consolidator coach fares. Just a thought.

I've received credit for anything purchased on the Hawaiian Air website, even the fare war fares. Don't know about the consolidator websites as I've never purchased on other websites.
