Iberia Airlines Iberia Plus - When Will Iberia Have AVOD in Economy Long Haul?

Hi everyone,

So I just booked a trip that's got a return flight MAD-LAX on Iberia. The other portions of my trip are on British Airways and I'm afraid I will be spoiled by BA and have a tough transition to Iberia.

I read somewhere that Iberia was updating their planes to get AVOD but can't seem to find any substantial information. Does anyone know anything about if that is indeed happening and if so, when the target completion date is?

Things we need to fix to make our airline better

1. Create a customer service team
2. Respond to customer queries
3. Roll out training in customer service to ground staff
4. Think up some new smart reasons for late departures apart from the bleeding obvious "this is because of the late arrival of the aircraft"
5. Try and cram more seats in s/h aircraft
6. Consider slowing the current trend of doubling the price of J tickets intra europe in 12mths.
7. Consider AVOD for longhaul as Air Europa have it as a USP
8. Paint the planes so they at least don't look like they were the first batch of A320s out of Toulouse
