They seem to do reservations any time they are giving away free food, with the exception of Cow Appreciation Day. I think it's a way to plan appropriately for the demand, and to make people feel like it's limited in scope.

I got mine this morning, seemed a lot of people around me were getting in on it too. I bought an OJ to go with it as I always feel bad if I'm only getting the free food. Thanks again to the OP!
