EL AL Matmid - ELAL voted world's best airline!

According to the Elal newsletter (http://www.nextopic.com/ELAL/Pages/ViewPageHeb.aspx?page=1218&pt=3467_1218_477614_78836650) (received by email), they have been voted by Apex 2011 as following:

1.Best overall passenger experience
2.Best overall passenger experience in region: Middle East.
3.Best inflight publication.
4.Best cabin ambiance.
5.Best inflight video.
6.Best ground experience

We all have to conclude that no other airline took part in this competition, and they are sending fake and misleading info to their clients, I find it DISGUSTING!

Also can anybody kindly explain the difference between no's 1&2?!

Probably, pax were able to vote using their AVOD. Choices were probably IZ, 6H and LY. :D

I don't think EK can participate in this survey.. nor can any of the Middle Eastern carriers... :p

I stopped flying ElAl 3 years ago.... Even though, I fly to TLV often, I take LH/LX/OS. I can]t even burn the leftover points.... they just slowly expire months after months..... And THAT's supposed to be my "home carrier".... Except the pilots, the rest are like villagers there.... sorry....

When I saw the "winner" few days ago at the Ben Gurion, I couldn't belive it, then I read the "fine print"...."the finals".... ))))
