Hilton HHonors - NEW DIAMOND KITS

Has anyone yet received his 2001 Diamond card+kit?
Has anyone gotten Diamond though not achieving the 28 stays?

I have not received a new "2001 Kit", however my Diamond card that they mailed in October doesn't expire until 2002.

As far as I know, Hilton does not fudge on the 28 Stay/60 night requirement - except in extreme cases. I'm cool with that policy, keeps the Diamond level clean, unlike Hyatt who will comp anyone.

Received mine in early January. Qualified in late December. Did not have 28 stays but had 64 nights.

What kit can I look forward to. I was just expecting a card and maybe a letter - is the card made of real diamonds ???

Diamonds? You bet, They keep getting bigger as well. Since this is my 4th year as a Diamond, I'm up to the 1/2 carat size http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/wink.gif

This is sooo sad....

I qualified the hard way, for the first time in December and my experation date is 4/03.

A question....

If I quailfy for Diamond this year (around June) how long will the status be good for?

It should be good until 2004.

I received my new & first Diamond card. I qualified the hard 28 stay, last year. My exp. date is Apr. 04. Does it mean that I DON'T have to requalify the hardest way this year again for 2003??

I am not aware the new Diamond card in the mail... is this the '04 promotion thing? Evethough i might be comped to '04..I'll still make sure to requalify for Diamond this year

I was comped last week. Does anyone have experience about whether my comp will last through 2003 or 2004?

I was comped in last year and my Diamond card's expiry is 04/2003.

147 nights = 4/03

Those HH guys are not fair...
