Hilton HHonors - Last stay is not really last stay!

Just checked my account online and noticed that eventhough my last stay was at DT Tucson, the web said that it was HGI at Austin...is there a glich somewhere in the system?

I also noticed that my "last stay" online was not right. In my case, what shows as the "last stay" was actually my last stay in 2001. But my first stay of 2002 posted just fine in other respects, so I figured it's just a glitch.

I have the same problem. My last stay in 2001 is showing as my first stay in 2002 on the webpage, but when you go to the details, the facts are correct. Must be a glitch in the computer system.

Hi, same issue here.

I was in the Hilton Berlin i early December and the Hilton Boston Back Bay over new year( leaving 1st January)
Which one appears as last stay?- Berlin??

The points have posted correctly 9 and double VS miles for Boston (2000 rather than the standards 1000)

Well I think as long as the points/nights/stay is correct, then we are okay http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/smile.gif A little note has sent to the HH website..we'll see how soon they can fix it!
