Any comments on this lately?
Conference I may attend is being held here and wanted to know what the property was like.

Thank you UpgradeMe, I already saw those Brief descriptions. I was looking for something a bit more detailed rather than just a complaint about the location of the room. the first link was useful, but again, looking for info on the total property.

Nice property. Right on a major wighway but once you get in to the courtyard, no noise. Two huge pools, jacuzzi, outdoor bar/restaurant. Healthclub (never went in). The rooms are fairly large but a little dated. Nice southwestern style. My room (a standard) had a separate dressing room from the bathroom. Ask for a room on the courtyard (lots of grass, palm trees, cactus gardens, etc.). Much nicer ambience. I was not given an upgrade or breakfast coupons (as a gold) but didn't ask, either.

Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby, too.

Overall, seems very nice. There is a new Hilton just up the street that seems very nice, too.
