Other Hotel Programs - La Quinta: Points for a no-show?

I was pretty shocked to see that LQ offers points for 3rd party bookings (Expedia, Travelocity, etc.). That gives them a +1 for US Airways Grand Slam.

Here's the question, though: Do they also offer points for no-shows? This could get very interesting if they do...
