US Airways 2011 Grand Slam Promotion - Dividend Miles still doing old US East DM account conversions?

In preparation for my mattress run after the beginning of Grand Slam, I decided to avail myself of a couple of Best Western travel cards while their 500 bonus US miles for a $100 card promo was still running (through Aug 31).

When I went to fill in my DM information, it would not recognize my former America West Flight Fund number as being related to DM, however, it took my pre-merger DM East number as valid. I know for several years, I had a US DM Visa with BofA that carried my old number and it had no issues posting, so is that still the case or do I need to explain all this to the BW Travel Card people over the phone?

If you haven't used your account in 18 months, it has gone inactive.

For my old HP number, three zero's were added to the beginning and that's my DM number today. So you could try 000+your number.

I recommend calling DM and inquiring as to which account, if either, is active.

I've never had an issue before this particular website, being an Elite on US since the merger and using my old Flight Fund number has always worked before. I will try the 000 approach, thanks!
