Orlando - Disney Park Hopper tickets with Points?

Hello, I have about 500K marriott points, 200K starwood points, and about 250K delta points.
Is there any way (trick) to getting Park Hopper tickets for Disney World?
I remember seeing a post a few years ago about booking into the Marriott Orlando World Center for one day (since we are already booked for 7 days at the Swan) and then use the concierge to buy the passes and put them on the room...then pay the room off with points.
I have actually never used Marriott points and am not sure that scenario is possible.
Any ideas?
Thanks

Marriott does have a $1000 Gift Cheque award for 135K points. You will receive 20 $50 cheques that can be used (you won't get any change back from the use of one, but you can use as many or few of them as you want at a time.) And the cheques can be used to pay off charges to your room, and depending on the rate you have, can even be used to pay for your room as well.
Some tend to use the cheques when they are staying at high point/low cost hotels. They can save on points and get full night credit and points for the stay.
So if you stay at the World Center, purchase your tickets at the concierge, and have them put the charge on your room, you should be able to pay it off with the cheques. There are some threads in the Marriott forum discussing the use of this award. You might want to look some of them over.

You can transfer your SPG points to AA miles, then use the miles to buy Park Hopper tickets with any hotel stay. Just go to aavacations.com and search for a hotel for a time frame, then a couple pages later it gives you the option to buy Park Hopper tickets. I think they are for 5 day Park Hoppers around 30K AA miles for adults. Not a great rate of return, but they don't cost anything.

Like currency, I would ensure that you get decent value for your MYW park hopper tickets before pulling the trigger..
Formula is if you save more money redeeming FF or FV points, then that's more money you can put towards tickets, that may not have a great redemption value..

Another option for getting some "Disney dollars" to spend is to sign up for the Disney Visa card (if you don't already have one of course.) I do believe the card currently has a $200 Disney dollar sign-up bonus right now.
I mentioned it to my brother a month or so ago and both he and his wife signed-up and now they have $400 to spend at Disney. ^

Yes, worth a bit including a few perks, but there are much better cards out there actually to spend on. 1% is a bit low.
For several years, its main value for me has been those checks to spend at low interest rates. Just got some charging 1% all-in for about a year.
