Technical Support and Feedback - Post Count Discrepancy for Company Representatives?

I understand FT handles in green mean they are for company representatives. But something odd just happened when I tried to search for their posts. This (http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/milesbuzz/1252337-message-aadvantage-eshopping-members.html) is the poster in question.

According to the profile stats, there are supposed to be 22 posts made by said representative by far. However, performing a post search, the system only pulled up 3 (one on 8/11 & the other two today).

Why the discrepancy? What happened to the other 19 posts? :confused:

I don't think OMNI or CC plays any role in it since said poster isn't eligible per 180/180 rule.

Is there some invisible and/or private forum/s company officials are allowed to post and be part of the post count? The only private fora on FT I know are for mods and TBers. I don't know if those posts count when mods/TBers post in private fora though.

Or is it just another system glitch?

Could be due to deleted posts, could be something else. I also show 22 made and 3 displaying. I wouldn't worry about it as it appears benign.

There are certain software restrictions on new posters. For example, a new poster has a very limited number of PMs they can send. I believe that this person was given a post count to raise him or her beyond that limitation. It might be unique to this handle; I'm unaware of it having been done otherwise.
