Fam flying KHI-AUH-JFK tomorrow (27AUG) JFK airport has announced that it will close to arrivals at 12pm, flight is supposed to land at 430pm. But EY refuses to admit the flight is cancelled (and is still sellling seats on it!) I had to literally yell at the agent at the airport in KHI over the phone to get him to offload my fam.
EK and other airlines have cancelled their flights as they should have.

EY lies to your face at every chance they get! I was forced to buy a $12k first class seat to Narita because they said business class and economy were sold out. After I purchased the ticket for the next day I checked online when I got back to my hotel and saw all classes were available. When I boarded the flight the airplane was practically EMPTY!
They are thieves plain and simple! Typical of that culture but what can you do!
