Travel Health and Fitness - any particularly good running routes from downtown Seattle?

I'm thinking of something in the 10-13 mile range. I won't have a car, unfortunately. Thanks!

There's a paved pathway that goes along the street just across from the water (the Elliot Bay Trail, beside Alaskan Way). From the Pike Place Market area, there's both stairs and an elevator down to the pathway. I took it from the Marriott Waterfront down to near the Kingdome, I'm guessing about 3 miles each way? Not sure how far north of the hotel the path started... The area south of the Kingdome started to get pretty gritty, so I turned around.

You could certainly add in some hills, just go up/down a couple of the streets toward town. But otherwise this path is mostly flat.

This was a few years ago, I think the Kingdome has since been imploded and a new stadium built...maybe that area has changed. Would be nice if that pathway has been extended too.

After looking online, evidently the trail is supposed to be for bikes, but I saw far more runners when I was on it.
