did you do it online? I'm not getting it to show up Nov 3-5, guess it depends on the day.

i did it online at the first time i put in the date it worked showing multiple open room types (both Encore and Wynn, i booked Encore for 149) but then i tried right after to book another room and said it was sold out. perhaps it was a mistake code??

I believe you need to call Wynn directly to book the promotional rate. It's not a mistake code, it is a "friends and family" rate.
The offer specifically states that you will get two free buffets if your reservation is for dates in November and December.
