Will be arriving into ORD early tomorrow, with about 40 minutes to spare waiting for a colleague.
Where's the best place in the airport (T1 domestic arrivals) to grab breakfast? Can be airside or landside, as we'll be leaving the airport once we meet.

Check out the Berghoff. Good eggs and such. It's in T1...near gate C30.

Rick Bayless' Torta Restaurant on the B concourse serves breakfast.

Went with Berghoff yesterday. Nice breakfast - they cook everything to order, but at the counter, so once you get to the front of the queue (when there is one), it's just a couple of minutes until you're stuffing your face. Good call, gfunkdave.

Glad you liked it. I'd forgotten to mention that the line frequently moves very slowly but it's worth it in the end.

When I saw this thread I thought they sure do need an Ann Sathers at ORD. Now that would make for a great breakfast.
Anyway, enjoy Berghoff! Will they make a corned beef omelet for breakfast? or do they serve corned beef hash?? (they have great corned beef) I only get there in the afternoon/evening, so I never get to enjoy breakfast.

Rick Bayless' Torta Restaurant on the B concourse serves breakfast.if one enjoys a little ethnic with their breakfast, this is by far the best recommendation.

HOMEMADE (on premise) corned beef hash (not the salty crap that 98%+ of restaurants serve) is about the only thing that would drag me away from my usual ORD breakfast at Bayless' place.
