Hilton HHonors - Super experience at Camino Real in Mexico City.

Although the nearby Four Season is very new and very nice, We recently had super experience at the CR. Great Concierge staff: Jorge and Omar especially. The Foquet restaurant is closed. Pool and rooms are great.Executive Club includes unlimited all day complimentery alcohol, etc. I suspect you could negotiate lower rates than posted because business is slow--everyplace in M City.

Did you get HHonors points and stay credit towards elite status?

Stays and points accrue to HHonors elite status. I stayed there lots of times this year but had always to manually post them in HHonors web site and they were all honored.

And yes you are right. There are ways to get excellent rates for this magnificent hotel.
