I know some people aren't fans of the veggie, but I sure am :)
Now that I've been keeping track because of WW, I've been more in the 8 or 9 a day range.
Right now, I'm on a kick with the Eating Right prewashed Broccoli Stir Fry from Safeway. The bag is 4 servings and comes with broccoli, carrots, and snow peas. I pick out the carrots and snow peas and snack on them raw. Then I'll steam the broccoli (not fond of raw broccoli unless there is dip involved) and eat it with lunch or dinner.
And I can easily mow though 4 or 5 servings of fruit a day... especially when stone fruits are in season.

I have a farm share right now which pretty much means that if I don't eat the veggies, they will take over my fridge, kitchen, and yard (also have a garden) and eat me instead! :D
I'm with you, I love veggies. Honestly, my body rebels against me if I don't eat enough of them. Right now I'm having a zuchini and potato fritata w/ fresh salsa on top for breakfast. Lunch is bread with beet humus and topped with tomatoes, onions, and cucumbers. Dinner is some sort of meat with grilled zuchini, peppers, and eggplant w/ a side of tomatoes and sometimes stir-fried greens w/ garlic.

I need to get back to it. When I was following WW religiously (back before we bought the house), I, too, would sometimes hit the 8-9 daily range. I kind of like the Green Giant frozen veggie boxes. I just wish they were more office eating friendly and didn't all have sauces.

When I first started WW, I'd hit at least 6 or 7 usually. Now, it's more like 3-4 if I'm lucky. Eh, Mr. Kipper is out of town for a week, leaving tomorrow, so I'll be able to reboot that. :)

Not usually. I dislike most vegetables. That's true whether at home or traveling.
Cheers.

I dislike most raw veggies, but if they are cooked, I'll chow down on them. :)

Since I don't follow a diet that dictates strictly 'musts' like "5 servings, half green, half roots, yadda yadda", I can't say for sure, but I like most all vegetables so if I feel I'm not getting enough, I'll eat whatever I'm in the mood for. I love salads, eggplant, ... basically, if it's in season, I'll try it, cooking it however is necessary to make the unpalatable palatable.
I am primarily a carnivore, so meat is the largest portion of my diet. I get anemic if I don't eat enough meat.

Not everyday. I try and get in five servings of cheese and peanut m&ms daily, that is alot easier.

I try to get as many servings as possible throughout the day. The easiest way for me to do so, is to make sure that I have a salad at lunch and dinner.

I should also add that smoothies are a great way to up servings. Smoothies with spinach actually taste very good (not kidding!).

I'm not sure.
I always (err, 99% of the time) have a piece of fruit for breakfast and lunch. I always have some kind of veggie for dinner. Sometimes two. I just don't know what size a serving is considered. I'll eat huge apples and crush a ton of veggies, maybe 3-4 servings worth, but am never sure how what I eat translates into servings.

No to avocados? How about guacamole? Guacamole is probably my favorite vegetable dish.

We eat a TON of fruit and a moderate amount of veggies (not enough IMO).
Fruit is easy....we do a fair amount of smoothy breakfasts. There isn't many fruits we don't eat is large quantities.
Veggies take a bit more thought but we do normally have a salad a day (lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes, vinegar/oil) and at least a veggie with dinner.

I try to have a piece of fruit with lunch every day, and I've just recently gotten into smoothies (I knew I'd be glad someday that I bought a blender, lol). Thing I like about smoothies is you can count them as a serving or two of that 5-a-day. ^
Haven't done any vegetable smoothies - does that work well, do you know? I mean, I guess you'd always have tomatoes, but wouldn't the fiber of, say, carrots or celery, ruin the texture/point of 'smoothie'?

I haven't done veggies either. My smoothies are pretty basic (example is 1.5 peaches, few ounces milk and some ice). I don't put much else in there.
*We do a lot of festivals during the year and buy fruit in bulk and freeze them for smoothies. Fruta, CO was this last weekend so we brought back a large case of peaches, cut them up, bagged them and froze them. did the same at the raspberry fest, etc.
Oranges/apples get old during the winter! :)

I bought a whole box of blueberries last May and also froze them - couldn't quite figure out how to use them, and they started to dry out; now, I've started putting a handful or two in the blender with a banana, couple tablespoons of yogurt and about a 1/2 cup of milk. Filling, healthy and tastes like milkshake (which is what it is, I guess, but without the sugar and about half the milk). :)

I'm vegetarian (well, pescetarian), so I definitely get my five-a-day. It's protein I struggle with.
I love to snack on fruit - and I used to be a big smoothie lover too, but I hate cleaning the blender afterwards :-p

I probably average out to more like Four per Day. I usually have breakfast pretty early (a relatively small one, too), then desire a decent sized snack around 10ish AM. That helps me to push lunch back until 1pm or later, which makes eating supper around 6-7pm easier, which then makes it easier to go to bed without eating anything else after 8pm. :)
