Middle East - Dubai visas for Jamaicans - Help!!!!

I am meeting my girlfiend in Dubai (hopefully) who has a Jamaican passport. Can she get tourist visa at the airport or does she have to apply in advance - and how much does it cost. Any help appreciated. :confused:

It looks like she'll have to get one in advance as Jamaica is not on Dubai's list of countries that can get a visa at the airport. This page has more info on what she'll have to do to get a visa: http://www.uae-embassy.org/visas-passports/non-us-citizens
