Hilton HHonors - Hotel Reward redemption instructions on the web?

I'm looking for Hotel Reward redemption instructions on the web.

I opened http://www.hiltonhhonors.com/, clicked "HHONORS REWARDS", clicked "Hotel Rewards" in the left side menu, and clicked "How to Redeem Points for a Hotel Reward" -- nothing happened.

Can someone give me a correct link to the page?

The very bottom of the page reads like this and doesn't make sense:

In addition to this, by viewing the HTML source, there is no &lt;A NAME="#redeem"&gt; tag in the page so there's nowhere the link will move to.

The description of the Point Stretcher Awards is not at the bottom of the page; it is only about halfway down. The "How to Redeem" instructions that you are trying to find are near the bottom. For some reason, your browser isn't displaying the whole page.

(By the way, in another thread there is a set of complaints about slowness and errors on the Hilton website.)

Hmmm....I've been trying to see the instruction page more than 10 times for a couple of months, and haven't succeeded so far.

At least it is a step forward to hear that someone else is seeing it in the page. Thanks for inputs.

nan, try going to your online account information. Once you log in, there is a tab for "Redeem an Award", which will take you to more links for directions and for making the specific redemptions for your online certificate.
