Korean Air Skypass - All My Miles DisappearedView Full Version : All My Miles Disappeared A_Lee Aug 20, 11, 5:05 am Just got an email about an hour ago with my latest statement of my Skypass account. I previously had roughly 40K miles from back when the miles never expired, plus some minimal miles during the past two years which have an expiry date far in the future. Suddenly everything is completely zeroed out in my account. Just wondering if anyone else experienced this. skchin Aug 20, 11, 10:56 pm have you called CS to find out what happened?
