Caribbean - Vaca Brava opening San Juan Branch

Just sharing this one for those who've seen the Man vs. Food episode in Puerto Rico.

They're opening a branch in Old San Juan, where the Hard Rock Cafe was previously located. They signed the contract, and have begun remodeling and hiring.

Judging by how things work here, I estimate they'll be open by years end.

The one and only time we drove to Vaca Brava, my wife and I got car sick from the drive there, it was so crowded at 12:30pm we were #112, with a 2 hour wait, decided this not worth it at all. Ended up eating in their other restaurant on the upper side by the street. Personally, I prefer Toro Al Diente in Juncos.

I wonder how the crowds will be like in Old San Juan, as it is more accessible. Guess we will see around X-mas time, or by the octavitas :D.
