Virgin America Elevate - Food, Drink, & Entertainment Prices

I will be flying SFO-ORD soon and I am wondering if I should try to get into MCS or First if available at the 24hr and 6hr mark.

This will be my first VX flight and based on what I have read here, it is my understanding this is likely the worst upgrade value as I will be upgrading at a Long Haul price even though it barely makes that threshold.

I drink, I eat, I watch TV/Movies, is there an approximate price list here on FT for entertainment and food/drink?

I can see myself getting 5+ drinks ( vacation travel ;) ) and would like to grab a bite, throw in the $25 bag savings (correct me if I'm wrong), and a movie and TV.

What would this cost me? Are drinks about $8 or closer to $5, food $15 or $10, is my bag assumption correct, what does the pay for entertainment entail and what are the savings. Add 6" also.

A direction to a thread, though I don't see one, would be great or any input. Anyone have a BE spreadsheet on this :D

It depends what kind of drink. I think beer starts around 6, anything premium is more. Fresh food is around 8 or 9 and some movies are over 5 along with hbo etc.

Thanks. I think that is at least 45 in premium drinks alone for me.

So if I upgrade to MCS at 24 hours, do I get 1 free checked bag?

Yes, MCS passengers (including upgraded ones) get 1 free checked bag.

What does entertainment generally cost? Again, first time on Virgin America...
