India - BLR-BOM-EWR Luggage Allowance Question

I am planning on flying BLR-BOM-EWR. BOM-EWR on CO would be eligible for 2 free checked bags. Will I also be allowed 2 bag from BLR-BOM on any of the domestic airlines?

it varies from sector to sector but i believe its something like 1% of the fare for each extra kilo....
