Hilton HHonors - Need HELP with HHonors points for SWA flights

During my trip in May I flew on Southwest Airlines twice. So far the bonus points for these trips haven´t been credited to my account. After 4 weeks I wrote an email to HHonors asking to post these point to my account. The first rep. wrote that he was not able to find my account. The second rep. wrote that I will receive points only in conjunction with a stay at a Hilton property. I repleyed that I always stay at a Hilton property and as they can see in my account the flights have been in cunjunction with a qualifying hotel stay. The third rep. wrote that the points now will be posted to my account, but they never occured. Anybody else has the problem with SWA ? How did you get your points ? Can anybody send me Adam´s email address?

How long has it been since they said the miles would be posted? it can take up to 30 days for them to post on your SW account. Call Hilton back, ask them what day the flight credits were extracted(that is the date SWA picked them up). If it has been more than 30 days from this date, and SW has no record of the flight credits, ask for us to put in a correspondence for our SW liason.
