For the first time in my life, when I checked hhonors.com this morning, the status read DIAMOND VIP....

Welcome to the club - the card is a little prettier than the Gold one - I think thats about it, 'difference' wise.

Haven't checked out if redemptions are easier as a Diamond, guess they should be - less blackout dates would be worth having.

I'm trying out the CDG Hilton tomorrow night - lets see if I have to fight for perks over there!
