Anyone stay here before? What can a Gold VIP expect?

I hate to break the news to you but expect NOTHING! This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The hotel rooms are in dire need of renovations. The staff is even worse. You will get nothing for being a gold, in fact the last 3 times I was forced to stay there I had to call the get them posted to my account. They are probably the rudest people that I have ever encounted and I refuse to go back. Your other options are an ES and hampton inn both are in downtown indy--my experiance has been much better at both of these sites and it is only about 2 miles away from the DT.
