Hilton HHonors - Award Certs

HH3 awards:
Hilton CSR told me the quickest way would be to fax it to me. He said it would take two to three days http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/frown.gif
That was last Monday and it has not showed up yet! And I’m leaving for Europe early next week!

HAS IT SHOWN UP YET? DO YOU HAVE A DEDICATED FAX LINE? CALL HILTON BACK, THEY CAN CHECK ON REWARD, IF NEED BE, THEY CAN FAX DIRECTLY TO THE HOTEL. YOU WILL NOT BE LEFT OUT IN THE LURCH AS LONG AS YOUR RESERVATION IS SET UP CORRECTLY. THEY CAN EVEN FAX SOMETHING(NOT THE ACTUAL REWARD, BUT A COVER SHEET)DIRECTLY TO THE HOTEL THE DAY YOU CHECK IN IF NEED BE.
