Hilton HHonors - What is HGVC when you get a lot of points?

I toured the Orlando HGVC for 2-hour in May. I got 20K HH points in 4-week. They only allow 1 tour per year to get these bonus points.

Does anyone know if the point opportunity is still available for touring HGVC in Orlando?...Im going down in a couple weeks and would like to pick up some xtra points...How do you go about arranging a tour ?
