Other European Frequent Flyer Programs - Which TP buckets are which service levels?

TAP defines earning on TP metal based on the type of ticket purchased, with the following classifications:

Discount
Basic
Classic
Plus
Executive

I cannot find anywhere how they map these classifications to the fare buckets available.

Anyone know what the mappings are or where I can find them?

ETA: From what I can piece together it seems that
Executive includes C/D/J/Z.
Plus seems to be Y/B.
Classic seems to be H/M/Q/V.
Basic seems to be W/S/K/L/U/G.
Discount seems to be T/E/O.

I will be flying BCN - LIS on TP and LIS - FRA on LH in Economy Class. According to my reservation, my fare code is OTAPES, and my cabin is First (O). I am almost certain this fare type is ineligible for mileage earning on United, but would like to know if I would be able to earn miles on TAP's or Lufthansa's Frequent Flyer Programs. Any assistance on this would be great.

In TP's Victoria Programme, you get 10% of the miles actually flown in class O (at least when flown in TP's metal).

I'm not sure if I follow what you mean your cabin is First.
(O) is deep discount Economy on TP and (O) is First class award on LH which does not exist on LIS-FRA.

Was LIS-FRA booked under a TP codeshare (LH metal)? If yes, this TP (O) class will end up being translated into LH matching code (most likely E/L/K).

When I pull up the reservation on United.com, the cabin information listed for the BCN - LIS segment (TP metal) is First (O). The LIS - FRA, which is on LH metal, has Economy (T) for cabin. These fare classes don't even allow me to pre-select seats on TAP or Lufthansa. I don't have FF accounts with either of these companies, and based on your response, I don't think I will be setting up new accounts just to get a few hundred miles. Thank you for the input.
