Hong Kong and Macau - Any HK credit cards with no Forex fees?

In the US, several credit card issuers have cards without any foreign exchange fees (some with cash rebate feature as well), making them attractive to frequent travelers.
In Hong Kong, is there any credit card issuer with a similar card that offers no foreign exchange fees?

I am not too familiar with your requirement, but in general, HK issued credit card when used oversea, the only "fee" u need to pay is the inflated exchange rate, normally 2% more than TT rate and that's it.
From my knowledge Amex Platinum Charge (not Credit) will waive your foreign/forex fees.

Thanks for this link.
Overseas Spending Banking Charge Waiver
Wherever you spend with your Public Bank (Hong Kong) Credit Card overseas, whether you are a Classic/ Gold or Platinum Card Cardholder, you can enjoy a banking charge waiver.
If the above "banking charge" is equivalent to the foreign exchange fee that most credit card issuers tack on (roughly 2-3%), that should mean their foreign exchange rate is uninflated and close to the interbank rate. Do you happen to know if that is the case? Thanks.

Yes, I'd like to know if there are issuers that do not tack on this 2% or so exchange rate surcharge.

Any luck with this?
A less than ideal alternative would be to use one of the USD cards and convert back. I think with HSBC premier, you can have HK based USD multi-currency savings account (which offers good f/x rates) and use free global transfers to your US based USD HSBC account and then pay the bill this way.
