my daughter is feed thru tube feed and i have to take a pump on board anyone done this before?

This question is related to international flights . I have flown in domestic and hasn't been a problem

I used to have one, but never flew with it. International flights shouldn't be very different than your domestic experiences. I wish I could offer more info.

We did it just recently. Make sure you have doctor's letters. We got clearance to fly from the doctor and had him fill all of the information for the airline (we flew British Airways) and all went really really smoothly. We had medical clearance from the air line which we needed for oxygen as well. If it were just the feeding pump it might not be necessary, but it certainly can't hurt. In London the letters were checked every single time we went through security, even between legs of journey when we didn't leave the airport.

Make sure you have all liquids you will be carrying on board documented in the letter and together in one place to be checked. We took several days worth of pump supplies and formula with us, just in case.
