It might just be a technical problem.

FYI, bonus points are usually credited a few weeks following the end of the operation. Please do not hesitate to contact our customer service if you note any missing point or mistake related to your membership renewal.

I now realize that July/2011 represented the expiration of my
silver from last year, and that my 10th night in those 12 months
was 31 July, so maybe there is no problem at all.
