Hilton HHonors - LAS Parkplace

Does anyone know the future status of former Hilton resorts in LAS and how it applies to HHonors? I stayed recently at Paris and Flamingo and received HHonors points. Will this continue? Does Caesars Palace offer Hhonors points?
