Hilton HHonors - El Paso Airport

Sent a letter to the GM of the property regarding some unpleasant experiences there. He replied promptly in writing giving me a partial, but hefty credit on my bill. He also offered to personally handle my next reservation and upgrade. This was very cool!!

I essentially lived in this hotel in 1998-99, and found a lot of problems but also a lot of earnest efforts to find solutions.
