Hilton HHonors - Reward Room Availability @ New Properties

I going on a July Europe trip somewhat spur of the moment (I just got my vacation approved in mid-May). Since it was such short notice, i wasn't that upset about the lack of available reward rooms at the Hiltons in the Netherlands and Barcelona. But i was quite excited about the Luxembourg property that was becoming a Hilton, figuring that as long as i called early enough, there was no way all the reward rooms could be booked. After the Luxembourg Hilton had finally come on line last week, i tried to book a Reward room the first morning the hotel was in the system. They said there were no more reward rooms available. How is this possible?

It must be that the Lux Hilton has not been loaded as yet for reward rooms, although it obviously has been loaded to reserve a room to pay for. Note however, that if you try to book a room at that property via the website, it will not confirm a reservation, at least as a couple of days ago.
I would call back and speak to another representative, and if you still get nowhere, then try to call back every couple of days or so.
However, I would book a regular reservation at some hotel, just in case. It should not be much of a problem this time of year.

Actually, i have been having that problem with a couple of the European properties, then the agent yesterday couldn't pull up the Rotterdam Hilton, even thouhg it is on the site and is not on their list of recent changes.
I already booked the room in Luxembourg, and i have been calling back about every day, but now that i achieved diamond over this past weekend, maybe i will get a little more help.
