Hilton HHonors - Pleasant stay at the Greenville (SC) Hilton & Towers

I recently had a pleasant stay at the referenced hotel. I made a last-minute reservation and arrived to find that I had gotten a Diamond upgrade, without asking, to a large suite with a jacuzzi.

The staff was also quite helpful with directions, etc. I know: this should be the rule rather than the exception, but sadly it's not.

Ask for room 827 at this hotel.

Is the 8th floor the exec floor? I'm sleeping there tomorrow night and e-checkin offered me 3 choices on 8. I'm taking my chances that a suite will be open when I arrive.
