How many planes in the LY fleet still don't have a full, "new," (though quite nice) LY livery? Thanks to ELAL, I know of 4X-EAL. Any others?

I don't understand why they couldn't paint ELH, as it was a while before it even took off the ground. They couldn't paint it in all that downtime? clubman Jul 28, 11, 2:16 am Fuel saving exercise perhaps? LatusElAl Jul 28, 11, 11:50 am The issue seems to be the stripe. Painting the planes all white and putting the logo and reg stickers on them is, I suppose, a no brainer. that stripe diagonally across the sides of the fuselage: I'll bet that is expensive and time consuming. Hence, any AC that wasn't an original LY order straight from Boeing, won't get the stripe. Anybody care to check? ELAL Jul 28, 11, 12:48 pm Hence, any AC that wasn't an original LY order straight from Boeing, won't get the stripe. Anybody care to check? Although all aircraft delivered straight from Boeing have the stripe, there are plenty of other planes which have the stripes especialy the B737's. EKI, EKO, EKP, EKT, EKL, EKS, EAE, EAF, EAP, EAR. In total 15 out of 40 aircraft were not purchsed direct from Boeing. I also don't understand the policy of naming only 22 of the aircraft, there are plenty of cities left in Israel which would be honoured to have a plane named after them (not only Daliat El Carmel).
