Where exactly is the prestige lounge located at ICN? Would I be able to access the lounges if I am on a domestic flight or are they kept separately for the international passengers?

I called customer service twice and one told me that I would not have access (that only international-bound passengers would be allowed), while the other told me that it would be perfectly fine.

I will be going to Jeju from ICN, and just wanted to know if I would be able to have access to the prestige lounges.

Thanks!

No lounge access. Domestic passengers are confined to a corner space in the terminal, and there is pretty much nothing there. If you are travelling in Prestige Class, you might be given a voucher. If you really want to use the lounge, fly out of GMP. Subway would take you to GMP from ICN in about 30 minutes.
