India - Transit visa required for 5 hour connection in DEL?

Sorry if this has been asked before, but a search came up with nothing.

I am doing the following itinerary:

BKK-DEL-KTM (STOP)
KTM-DEL-DXB (STOP)
DXB-DEL (STOP)
DEL-BKK (STOP)

Am I correct in thinking that I will only need a single entry visa and will not have to clear customs, as my connections in DEL are only about 4 to 5 hours each?

Also, is there a pay for use lounge that we can use?

All flights will be on Jet Airways.

thanks

if you are on the same airline then you do not need to clear immigration at any point so you won't need a transit visa....

you can pay to use most of the lounges in del....

Would this be the same situation if connecting at BOM as well?

thanks

Actually, if the OP is arriving in and departing from Mumbai on international flights (which he seems to be doing), then he will just be in the international terminal. In this case, he will not need an Indian transit visa.
