Qantas Frequent Flyer - Seat Advice

Hi all. I only ever fly domestically and are travelling business class return to Hong Kong from Sydney next month (QF127 out and QF030 return). Can you advise best seats given some of you probably fly this leg frequently.

I am currently in 16j exit row outbound and 18a inbound but 16a exit is available. Would like a window ideally but as the return leg is overnight getting some sleep is more important overnight.

Tips would be appreciated.

row 16 in the upper deck are great seats in my opinion. sat in 16A last time i was on QF128, it was great. a lot quieter than downstairs too.

i wouldnt bother with 18 if you can do 16. adjustable entertainment screen alone is worth the change.
